Joint order of photodiodes

First tests of induced junction photodiodes produced in the Chipscale project have demonstrated as small internal charge carrier losses as reported by Sildoja et al and Müller et al, Metrologia 50, 385-401, 2013 . A joint order of large number of photodiodes would help to cover the high fixed costs of photodiode processing. The size of the photodiodes is about 20 mm x 10 mm which is suitable for construction of Predictable Quantum Efficient Detectors (PQEDs). If sufficient number of customers will commit to jointly purchase photodiodes, the manufacturer will initiate a production cycle to provide the ordered photodiodes. It is also possible to produce trap detector in 10x10 mm configuration similar to Hamamatsu 1337 detectors. An interest can be shown in the message box.
